Bonus Opportunities & Raises for Tutors
1) Client Review Bonus -> $20/review
At any time, if one of your clients is willing to write a review, please let us know and feel free to provide them with the following link: www.elitehometutoring.com/review-us-3.php
To submit a client review for payment you need to email firstname.lastname@example.org the client’s name and the review website they used. Within 2 business days your direct deposit for $20 will be initiated.
2) Tutor Referral Bonus -> $20/referral
We always want to be introduced to new exceptional tutors as we continually strive to provide a better service. If you have any friends/colleagues, who may be interested in tutoring with Elite, please email us your friends contact info. We will give you a $20 bonus for every tutor you refer after they complete their first 10 hours of successful tutoring.
To submit a tutor referral for payment you need to email email@example.com after the referral tutor completes their first 10 hours of successful tutoring. If you are unsure the hours the tutor has tutored feel free to email Eric for an update.
3) Client Referral Bonus – $50/referral
If a past or current Elite client recommends your tutoring to a friend, we will give you a $50 bonus after the new client completes their first 5 hours of tutoring.
If you refer any clients to us who do not have a relationship to your Elite clients, we will give you a $50 bonus for every client you refer after the client completes their first 5 hours of tutoring. For example, you may have a private tutoring client who needs a subject you do not tutor.
To submit a client referral for payment you need to email firstname.lastname@example.org after the client tutor has completed their first 5 hours of tutoring. If you are unsure the hours tutored feel free to email Eric for an update.
To qualify for a raise, a tutor must average 10 hrs/month or more tutoring with us over the previous 6 month period. If you think you qualify, email us every August & January to schedule a brief phone apt. to discuss the raise.
