Bonus Opportunities & Raises for Tutors
1) Tutor Referral Bonus
We always want to be introduced to new exceptional tutors as we continually strive to provide a better service. If you have any friends/colleagues, who may be interested in tutoring with Elite, please email our HR Manager, lara@elitehometutoring, your friend’s contact info. We will give you a $20 bonus for every tutor you refer after completing their first 10 hours of successful tutoring.
To submit a tutor referral for payment, you need to email lara@elitehometutoring after the referral tutor completes their first 10 hours of successful tutoring. If you are unsure of the hours the tutor has tutored, email Lara for an update.
2) Client Referral Bonus
If a past or current Elite client recommends your tutoring to a friend, we will give you a $20 bonus after the new client completes their first 5 hours of tutoring.
If you refer any clients to us who do not have a relationship with your Elite clients, we will give you a $50 bonus for every client you refer after completing their first 5 hours of tutoring. For example, you may have a private tutoring client who needs a subject that you do not tutor.
To submit a client referral for payment, email lara@elitehometutoring after the client has completed their first 5 hours of tutoring. If you are unsure of the hours tutored, email Lara for an update.
3) Raises
Tutors who average 10 hrs/month or more tutoring with us over the previous 6-month period may email us about a rate increase for new clients. However, rate increases are not guaranteed and do not include earlier clients that the tutor accepted at the specified rate.
