Our tutoring opportunity pays $25/hour + $.25/mile for travel which may be required. We hire tutors to operate in specific geographic regions, usually within a 20-30 mile radius of their homes. A tutoring opportunity with us provides considerable flexibility and autonomy because tutors schedule lessons directly with students. Most employees work an average of 5 to 15 hours of a week; some average as many as 20 hours per week.
In order to ensure the right tutoring program for each student, we match tutors and students based on the students' test scores, location, and scheduling preferences and our tutors' backgrounds, abilities, and availability.
