Getting good reviews and getting them often is a team effort! Here are some tips and resources you can use to get your team committed.

Training Resourses

It is critical to ensure that your team is trained for their role in generating reviews. Everyone on your team must understand how the program works to ensure success. We have specialized Online courses for each of your employees roles. For Service Specialists/Field Personnel, we have an offline training manual that you can use (attached).

Training can be done individually or in a group. We suggest a group setting so that you can ensure everyone is engaged and can hear each other’s questions. For a group training with the online courses, we suggest using an overhead projector with Internet capability.

Team is trained, let’s get this party started!

It’s time to start asking for reviews. But as you know, your team will be asking – “what’s in it for me?”

That is why it is important to create incentives and make it fun. We recommend a launch contest for your company. Create an attainable goal that your whole team can work toward.

Some considerations as you set that goal:

Data: about 1 in 10 customers finish a review. Life happens and the result is that people don’t always have time or opportunity to complete the reviews they start. So keep that in mind.

  • Some recommended goals:
  • 30 reviews in 30 days = Company dinner celebration
  • 50 reviews in 5 weeks = Bowling night with families
  • 100 reviews in 90 days = Extra vacation day for everyone + pizza party at next meeting
