Your Tutoring Payments

You should have received three forms: 1) a Direct Deposit Authorization, 2) a W9 Form, and 3) a Client Signature Sheet.

For the first time submitting hours, attach your completed Direct Deposit Authorization and W9 Form to an email to payroll@elitehometutoring.com. This payroll email is not monitored daily so if you have a question, please email our Office Manager kate@elitehometutoring.com. If you receive a notification right after you emailpayroll@elitehometutoring.com you may assume we received your docs. If we ever have a question, we will reach out to you.

General hour submission. Clients must sign your Client Signature Sheet immediately after each session. Tutors submit their hours via the our NEW Tutor Login, no later than 3 days after each session. Pay periods end on the 15th and last day of each month. Hours submitted after 11:59pm on the 15th or last day of each month will be automatically added to payroll for the next pay period.

Getting paid. Elite initiates the direct deposit payment 2 business days after the pay period ends on the 15th or last day of each month. When your direct deposit initiates, you will get a confirmation email from PaycheckRecords.com. Allow up to 3 business days for the funds to arrive in your checking account after receiving the PaycheckRecords.com confirmation.
