Online sessions are live, one-on-one, and led by the same vetted tutor each week — not a rotating call center. Your student joins from a laptop or tablet at home, and the tutor works through the actual class material in real time.

Is online tutoring as effective as in-person?
For most students, yes — when the tutor is strong and consistent. Live, one-on-one online sessions with the same tutor each week, using your student’s own homework and a shared whiteboard, keep the focus and accountability of an in-home session. For younger children or students who need more hands-on structure, we may recommend in-home instead.
What technology does my student need?
A laptop, tablet, or desktop with a webcam and microphone, plus a stable internet connection. A larger screen helps for viewing course materials. There is nothing to install beyond a standard video link.
Will my child have the same tutor every session?
Yes. We match one tutor to your student and keep them consistent, so the relationship and the study plan build over time. If the fit is not right, we rematch.
What subjects and grades do you cover online?
K–12 across math, science, reading and writing, study skills, and test prep for the digital SAT, ACT, and AP exams — the same range as our in-home tutoring.
