Meet Claire M.
Claire mentors high school students in her research laboratory's SeaTech program, teaching them how to conduct scientific research and how to think critically through the scientific method. She is also a lifeguard, which includes teaching swimming and water safety lessons for all ages and levels. She has tutored high school students in writing and math, and as captain of UC San Diego's improv club she taught and encouraged public speaking skills.
Her academic background is in marine biology at UC San Diego.
She tutors biology, AP Biology, AP Environmental Science, earth science, and general science, as well as writing, essay writing, public speaking, and college application prep.
