Meet Claudia P.
Claudia has worked in education for several years as a public and private tutor for students across various grades and schools, including elementary, middle, and high school. She has tutored in all types of learning environments, including in person, online, one-on-one, and in small groups. She has also co-taught college courses in English and language studies, composition, and rhetoric, and she is currently in her fourth year teaching 6th grade ELA.
She earned her bachelor's in English with a minor in education from UC Santa Cruz, and her master's in English literature and languages from Mills College. Her goal with all her students is to create an environment where students can grow, develop a passion for language arts, and carry their critical thinking and writing skills to success.
