Meet Jeffery B.
Jeffery served as an Adjunct Exercise Physiology and Nutrition Professor at the University of San Diego from 2004 to 2014. In 2007, he developed the curriculum and course objectives for the Nutritional Science Undergraduate Course in the Department of Biology at USD, and he went on to teach and maintain the course for seven years.
