Meet Lisa H.

Lisa has been teaching and tutoring high school students to adults for more than 30 years. She has mainly focused on ESL, study skills, exam prep, and English composition (essay writing, editing and proofreading). Tutoring brings her such joy because of the personal connection and ability for students to learn and practice exactly what they need and want.

Lisa's experiences living, studying and working abroad for several years have allowed her different degrees of fluency in French, Italian, German, and Turkish. She studied Latin in high school and college and majored in Linguistics and Anthropology in college.
