Meet Samuel R.
Samuel is a student-centered French and English instructor with a Ph.D. in French Language and Literature and nine years of college-level teaching experience. He designs communicative, proficiency-based lessons, adapts his teaching to the needs of each learner, and is committed to supporting his students' success both in the classroom and one-on-one.
He earned his M.A. and Ph.D. in French Language and Literature from the Université de Toulouse II Jean-Jaurès in France.
He tutors French 1 through 4 and AP French Language and Culture; Spanish 1 through 4 and AP Spanish Language and Culture; Italian and Russian; and English, reading, writing, essays, literature, and public speaking, including AP English Language and AP English Literature.
