Meet Scott L.

Scott hails from a long line of educators in his family. His grandfather was superintendent of SJ Unified, and his father was a math teacher, coach, and counselor at Wilcox HS in Santa Clara. His partner, sister-in-law, and brother-in-law are all teachers in SCUSD, as well.

Scott studied Biology at SCU with a heavy concentration in physics and chemistry. He went on to also study exercise physiology, anatomy, kinesiology, and injury assessment and rehabilitation, post-grad.

Scott has been involved in corporate education (aka Talent Development) for 10+ years, teaching groups of professionals in classroom settings as well as online/video platforms. His content, courses, and learning labs have been delivered to thousands of professionals at the various companies he has worked at.

He also found much joy tutoring his own children through their AP STEM courses in their middle school and high school years.

It's valuable to also note that Scott has been a mentor in the corporate setting to dozens of professionals across a variety of professions (technical writing, HR, engineering, etc.).
