Throughout his career, Shane has been deeply committed to education and student success. As a substitute instructor for North Orange County ROP, he has worked with diverse student populations, adapting lesson plans to various learning styles and creating engaging, interactive classroom environments. His Master of Education in Organizational Communication further enhanced his ability to develop structured, effective instructional strategies that promote student comprehension and participation.

In addition to his formal teaching roles, Shane has served as a teacher's aide and tutor during his graduate studies, providing one-on-one and small-group instruction to students in areas such as public speaking, writing, and critical thinking. His background in communication has allowed him to integrate effective learning methodologies, ensuring students not only grasp the material but also develop confidence in their abilities.
