Meet Silvia B.
Silvia's experience includes teaching ESL, Spanish, dual-immersion, literacy, and academic intervention in elementary, middle school, high school, university, and adult-education settings. As an ESL teacher at St. Vincent School for Boys, she developed differentiated English language instruction for students with diverse educational experiences and English proficiency levels. In her work as an Intervention Specialist in math and literacy, as well as a dual-immersion teacher and ELPAC Examiner, she assessed student needs, addressed learning gaps, implemented targeted instruction, and maintained inclusive, supportive learning environments.
