Meet Hoai N.

Hoai was a private teacher for a kindergarten learning pod during the pandemic/distance learning. She supplemented their learning by assisting them with their classroom assignments. She helped them excel in mathematics, reading, and writing with her one-on-one support. She also wrote detailed updates for parents bi-weekly to keep them informed on progress, how the students were meeting or approaching the CCSS, and procedures to help them meet those goals.

Hoai was a tutor for elementary-aged students. She focused on individualized support in areas of need for these students. She personalized the learning experience for each student and came to their homes to provide private tutoring services.

Hoai was a 4th-grade classroom teacher. She differentiated instruction based on student needs and created graphic organizers and learning tools in order to supplement their learning. She maintained professional communication with parents to inform them on how to best support their child at home.
