Jacki has a B.A. in mathematics and 25 years' experience working with students.
After college, she worked as an EFL teacher in South Korea for five years, and as a high school math teacher for four years in Ohio and Texas. After her children were born, she worked as an online math tutor for five years, then as a substitute teacher (mostly for math teachers) in West Michigan for the past 11 years, while tutoring high school students in the evenings.
