Meet Jonathan B.
Jonathan has four years of experience teaching across elementary, middle, and high school settings, along with four years of in-home tutoring with students of various ages and academic levels, helping with everything from homework support to building stronger study habits. This one-on-one work has given him a strong sense of how to adapt his teaching style to fit each student's individual needs.
He currently works in the City of Compton while pursuing his teaching credential at Cal State Dominguez Hills, and he earned a B.A. in African American Studies.
He works with elementary and kindergarten students in English, math, and science, and tutors reading, writing, essay writing, history, AP US History, AP World History, AP US Government and Politics, algebra, biology, AP Biology, and earth science.
