Meet Joshua L.

Joshua was a peer tutor at Boston University for two years, tutoring subjects like chemistry, biology, organic chemistry, anatomy, cellular and molecular biology, and other life science courses. His sessions included breaking down large concepts and pathways and working through problems to practice application.

Additionally, he worked as an EMT instructor for six months, teaching CPR, patient care, first aid, pathology, and interventions. His work as an instructor also included proctoring practical skill examinations and helping determine student EMS certification.

Finally, Joshua taught protocols in his vascular biology lab at the BU Medical Campus, training new undergraduate and high school research assistants.
