Meet Kevin B.

Kevin taught his own Statistics courses as a graduate student from 2018 to 2020, while also tutoring stretch courses (the same material stretched over a year instead of a semester). He helped peers and family friends in one-on-one tutoring throughout his undergraduate degree in topics including Calculus, upper-level math, Computer Science, and Statistics.

He has been teaching at Cal Poly Pomona since graduating in 2020 as a lecturer, mostly teaching a variety of Statistics courses and also some Mathematics courses (Calculus III, College Algebra). He also worked for the US Air Force for a little over two years, from late 2021 to the end of 2023, where his responsibility was as a Statistician, and he also taught engineers the application of statistics to their aircraft tests.
