Margaret brings over a decade of experience as an educator, having taught more than 800 students across diverse settings—including Title I public schools, international classrooms in Seoul, South Korea, and one-to-one individualized instruction. Her teaching background spans Social Studies, English Language Arts, and special education Math, with a strong record of improving academic outcomes. Notably, she raised literacy scores at Alice B. Landrum Middle School and improved math proficiency at Aurora West College Preparatory Academy, significantly increasing student pass rates in both subjects.

In her most recent role, Margaret designed and delivered personalized one-on-one instruction tailored to students' learning profiles, executive functioning needs, and interests. She mentored students beyond academics, building strong relationships that fostered self-advocacy, critical thinking, and personal growth.
