Mark taught math for 34 years at Los Gatos High School and retired in October 2025. During his career, he taught courses from Prealgebra through Calculus AB.
During the 2025-2026 school year, he did substitute teaching work at a private school that taught 5th through 12th grade, and most of his substitute assignments were junior high math classes.
