Meet Crisostomo C.

Much of the reason Crisostomo pursued a career in STEM was the amazing teachers who nurtured his interest and facilitated his learning. He understands firsthand how influential mentors can be, and he strives to be a similarly positive influence on the kids he works with. He has volunteered as a tutor for many of his family friends' children and younger siblings, and he has experience working with both kids who are deeply engaged in the subjects and those who are not.

Crisostomo holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, which allows him to teach all areas of mathematics, along with programming. He also has a substantial engineering background from a high school program. Additionally, he served as a board member of the Applied Science and Engineering Club at Irvine Valley College, where he often managed presenting and teaching the concepts needed for club projects, and he is also comfortable teaching Physics.
